3. A lots Of Sleep - Pregnant women are advised to rest and take ample sleep during their pregnancy period. The body gets the opportunity to heal by itself, and no medicine can compete with this healing technique.
4. Maintain Balance - You should maintain balanced behavior to avoid panic attacks during pregnancy. Control your emotions - be it positive or negative. Over joy or depression is dangerously harmful during pregnancy. Try to refrain from anything that is associated with consummate emotion.
